Lead HVAC Installer

We are hiring a LEAD HVAC INSTALLER! 4-day work week, top pay and benefits available! Sign-on bonus available depending on experience.

Current EPA certification and at least 2 years of installation experience required.

Qualifications:

- High School Diploma or GED

- Possess a valid Driver's License with a good driving record.

- Current EPA certification and at least 2 years of installation experience required.

- Journeyman certification is a plus!

Skills, and Abilities:

- Knowledge of the methods, practices, use of tools and equipment required to repair, maintain, and install heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems in residential and commercial applications.

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

- Read, interpret, and work from blueprints, wiring diagrams, specifications, and operating manuals for HVAC systems to be repaired or installed.

Physical Requirements:

- Lifting (approximately 50 lbs.)

- Bending, climbing, and crawling

- Operating a motor vehicle

- Regular exposure to weather conditions

Compensation and Benefits:

- Compensation is full time hourly, paid weekly.

- Benefits include Health, Dental. and Life insurance, paid vacation (after 1-year service), company uniforms.

Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour
