Responsibilities

Perform construction tasks including framing, trim carpentry, drywall installation, and roofing with precision and attention to detail.
Operate hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery, and fabrication equipment safely and effectively.
Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute projects such as concrete forming, masonry, tile laying, and fixture installation.
Install siding, stucco, metal studs, doors, cabinets, flooring, and other building components while adhering to project specifications.
Conduct restoration activities including water damage remediation, mold removal, plastering, caulking, and general renovation work.
Assist with heavy lifting tasks and perform demolition or site cleanup as needed on construction sites or during remodeling projects.
Collaborate with team members on plumbing, electrical work, rebar installation, masonry work, and other specialized trades to ensure seamless project execution.

Experience

Proven experience in construction estimating and project planning is highly desirable.
Hands-on experience in various carpentry disciplines such as trim carpentry, frame carpentry, metal stud framing, and woodworking.
Knowledge of blueprint reading and schematics for accurate interpretation of project plans.
Familiarity with the use of hand tools, power tools (including CNC machinery), scaffolding, and safety equipment on construction sites.
Previous involvement in restoration industry projects including water damage restoration or mold remediation is a plus.
Experience working with roofing materials or siding installation enhances your versatility on diverse projects.
Strong background in construction site safety practices combined with the ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks.
