Journeyman Plumber (Foreman) – Underground
Trade Management, in partnership with a reputable plumbing contractor, is seeking an experienced Journeyman Plumber (Foreman) with a strong background in underground work to lead crews on an active project in Fischer, TX.
Location: Fischer, TX
Pay Range: $35 – $40 per hour (based on experience)
Per Diem: $50 per day
Schedule: Full-Time | Overtime possible
Start Date: ASAP

The Journeyman Plumber (Foreman) will oversee underground plumbing operations, leading crews in the installation of piping systems and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and up to code. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to coordinate with field teams and project management.
Lead and supervise underground plumbing crews on job sites
Install and oversee installation of underground piping systems, including water, sewer, and storm drains
Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications
Coordinate daily tasks with project managers and other trades
Ensure all work meets local codes and safety standards
Train and mentor crew members while maintaining productivity
Maintain organized job sites and enforce safety protocols
Valid Journeyman Plumbing License (required)
Proven experience as a Foreman or lead plumber
Strong background in underground plumbing systems
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred
Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
