Heritage Handyman is seeking a Licensed Master Plumber who takes pride in craftsmanship, professionalism, and delivering solutions to homeowners. This role is ideal for a service-oriented plumber who enjoys diagnosing problems, presenting solutions, and getting paid well for doing great work.

We are building a high-performance residential service team and are looking for someone who can operate independently, build trust with clients, and help grow the plumbing side of our business.

Our best technicians don’t just “do plumbing” — they identify problems, recommend solutions, and create value for homeowners.

What You'll Be Doing

Diagnose plumbing issues in homes and businesses
Perform repairs, replacements, and installations
Install fixtures, water heaters, valves, and piping
Recommend additional plumbing improvements where appropriate
Communicate clearly with homeowners about problems and solutions
Maintain clean, professional job sites
Ensure all work meets Montana plumbing code and quality standards

What We're Looking For

Active Master Plumber License (Required)
Strong plumbing service experience
Ability to diagnose plumbing issues quickly and accurately
Professional communication with homeowners
Strong work ethic and pride in craftsmanship
Ability to work independently and manage service calls

Huge Plus (Heavily Considered)

Experience selling plumbing work or recommending repairs/upgrades to homeowners
Service plumbing background
Estimating or quoting plumbing work in the field
Strong customer service skills
