Summary/Objective
As a Project Manager, you are responsible for the direction, coordination, implementation, control, and completion of assigned projects while remaining aligned with the strategy, commitment, and goals of the organization.
Essential Functions

Manage a team while providing strong mentorship and leadership.

Help define project scope, goals, and deliverables.

Outlines the tasks involved in the project and allocates resources/delegates tasks accordingly.

Conducts cost analysis, estimating expected costs for the project.

Prepares and implements a budget based on estimates.

Conducts risk assessments; reports identified risks to management; provides recommendations for mitigation of risk
- Addresses questions, concerns, and/or complaints throughout the project.

Implement and manage changes when necessary to meet project deliverables.

Present to executive leadership team reports on project status and progress.

Acts as a liaison between company, customers, and vendors.

Communicates and collaborates with other departments to provide training and information required for new projects, programs, and systems.

Ensures compliance with federal, state, local, industry, contractual, and company regulations, standards, specifications, and best practices.

Performs other related duties as assigned.
Competencies and Basic Requirements

Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), or equivalent experience as a project manager preferred.

A minimum of five years of related experience is required.

Supervisory Responsibility
This position has supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment
This position operates in both a field environment at job sites with occasional office work.

This role entails routine driving between multiple worksites.

Work near light/heavy equipment and other vehicles on a regular basis.

Work outside in various conditions including heat and humidity, rain, dust, noise, and cold.
Physical Demands
Must be able to lift and carry at least 40lbs. for 100-linear feet without assistance.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. This position must be able to work a flexible schedule that includes occasional evenings/early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
Travel
No travel is expected for this position.
