Kauai Air Conditioning & Plumbing is looking for motivated individuals ready to learn a skilled trade from the ground up. As an Entry Level Plumber, you’ll be trained on the job by experienced plumbers who will teach you basic plumbing in the field. Job Functions:
Carry, stage, and load tools, parts, and materials at job sites. Cut and prep PVC, ABS, copper, and PEX pipe for installers.
Maintain accurate Service Titan documentation — clock in/out, project notes, before/after photos, and equipment data uploads.
Work as a team — practice honesty and transparency, take responsibility for your actions, be flexible, and contribute to identifying issues and developing solutions.
Job Qualifications:
Motivated to learn plumbing installation fundamentals — pipe cutting and prep, basic soldering and ProPress, fitting identification, hangers and supports, and rough-in support.
Ability to follow direction and accept coaching from senior team members.
Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
Ability to work outdoors, on roofs, and in attics or crawlspaces.
Pay: $25-30/hour based on experience.
