Key Responsibilities

Lead, manage, and motivate a team of residential electricians
Provide hands-on leadership in daily operations, scheduling, and job performance
Train and mentor technicians to ensure high-quality workmanship and consistent service standards
Establish and maintain customer satisfaction techniques that align with our 5-star reputation
Ensure compliance with local codes, safety regulations, and company policies
Conduct performance evaluations and support ongoing professional development
Collaborate with management to improve processes, efficiency, and profitability
Handle customer concerns professionally and ensure timely resolution
Maintain accurate job documentation and reporting
