Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair commercial-grade heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems incorporating various controls. This position is primarily a Commercial HVAC Service Technician role.
- Perform commercial HVAC equipment installations as required. Strong HVAC installation experience is required, as installation knowledge is essential to properly service, troubleshoot, and modify existing systems.
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC/R equipment in adherence to local HVAC codes and manufacturer specifications.
- Develop and execute modification plans for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems based on field assessments.
- Provide exceptional technical support and professional customer service during field operations.
- Respond to after-hours service calls as needed.
- Ensure proper equipment use and maintenance while promoting workplace safety and environmental best practices.
- Select appropriate materials and components for HVAC system installation, repair, and maintenance.
- Demonstrate strong time management, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills in fast-paced commercial environments.
Experience:
- HVAC Certification License required.
- EPA Certification is mandatory.
- High School Diploma or GED is a minimum educational requirement.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
The salary is negotiable and will be determined based on your skills and level of experience.
