Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Residential HVAC Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and completion of residential heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) projects. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of project management from initial client consultation through installation and final inspection. Your energetic approach will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities

Lead residential HVAC projects from conception through completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and safety standards.
Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and develop detailed project plans utilizing construction estimating tools.
Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution on-site and in the office.
Utilize construction management software such as ProCore and Bluebeam for project documentation, progress tracking, and communication.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings related to HVAC systems and residential construction.
Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to schematics.
Manage contracts with clients and subcontractors, ensuring all terms are met and documented properly.
Facilitate effective project coordination by maintaining clear communication among all stakeholders while managing time efficiently across multiple projects.

Qualifications

Proven experience in construction management with a focus on residential HVAC projects or related fields.
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems combined with construction site experience.
Skilled in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and understanding technical drawings related to HVAC systems.
Experience with project scheduling, contract management, and construction estimating processes.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively across multiple projects.
Familiarity with construction site safety protocols and regulatory compliance standards.
Ability to communicate clearly with clients, contractors, vendors, and team members at all levels.
