Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential electrical systems
- Install, maintain, and upgrade electrical components and systems
- Inspect electrical systems and ensure safety compliance
- Communicate with customers and close your own jobs
- Deliver high-quality service and maintain strong customer relationships
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of residential electrical experience
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Good communication and customer-facing (sales) ability
- Ability to work independently
- Must have:
- Own tools
- Reliable service vehicle (truck/van)

- This is a commission-based 1099 contractor role (not hourly or salaried)
- Electricians are responsible for quoting and selling their own jobs
