We are looking for multiple Lead Mechanical Estimator to join our team in Assonet, MA. ASAP!

Lead Mechanical Estimator Requirements:

5+ Years of mechanical estimating experience required
Strong experience in two or more of the following: process piping, HVAC/ refrigeration, plumbing, boilers, or fire protection required
Ability to read mechanical drawings, isometrics, and P&IDs required
Experience with estimating tools such as Trimble, Bluebeam, and Excel required
Knowledge of New England labor productivity and construction market pricing required
Knowledge of Material/Quantity Takeoffs , Labor, and Equipment Costs required
Prevailing wage / public works project estimating experience preferred
Trade background in pipefitting, plumbing, or HVAC preferred
Industrial or manufacturing mechanical project experience preferred
BIM coordination or model-based takeoffs experience preferred

Lead Mechanical Estimator Responsibilities:

Lead estimating efforts for mechanical projects including process piping, HVAC/R, refrigeration, plumbing, boilers, and fire protection
Prepare accurate and competitive estimates for projects ranging from $50K to multi‐million-dollar scopes
Develop labor, material, equipment, and subcontract cost models
Perform quantity takeoffs from construction drawings, specifications, and P&IDs
Solicit and level vendor and subcontractor pricing
Attend pre‐bid meetings and site walks with owners and general contractors
Coordinate with project managers and field supervisors to align estimates with real installation methods
