Role Description
This full-time on-site role, based in Pelham, NY, requires an experienced Technician to perform the installation, repair, and maintenance of HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and water heaters. Responsibilities include diagnosing and troubleshooting complex issues, providing custom indoor air quality solutions, and ensuring all projects meet company standards for quality and customer satisfaction. The Technician will also communicate effectively with clients, maintain professional conduct, and complete all assigned tasks promptly and thoroughly.
Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience
- Proficiency in installation and repair of HVAC systems like furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and boilers
- Experience with diagnosing, troubleshooting, and maintaining heating, ventilation, and cooling equipment
- Knowledge of customized indoor air quality solutions, including humidifiers, dehumidifiers, and air filtration systems
- Strong commitment to professionalism, punctuality, and delivering exceptional customer service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment and maintain clear communication with clients
- Relevant certifications and licenses for HVAC and refrigeration systems
- Familiarity with Mitsubishi Electric HVAC systems is a plus
- Any additional technical training or field experience in HVAC is advantageous
