Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Installer to join our team. As an HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in various properties. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about mechanical systems and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

- Install and maintain HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, and ventilation systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct routine property maintenance to prevent system failures and ensure the systems are in good working condition.
- Interpret schematics and diagrams to diagnose and repair HVAC systems.
- Drive a van to travel to job sites and transport tools and equipment.
- Perform tasks that require physical labor, such as lifting, bending, and climbing ladders.
- Use specialized tools and equipment for refrigerant systems
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients.
- Perform field service and repair HVAC systems in various properties, including residential and commercial spaces.
- Install and replace parts, including coils, filters, and thermostats.
- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with local building codes and regulations.
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.

Experience

- Proven experience as an HVAC Installer, with a focus on installing and maintaining refrigeration systems.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems and their components.
- Experience with building and maintaining property maintenance systems.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and diagrams.
- Familiarity with van driving and the ability to transport tools and equipment safely.
- Experience with plumb and piping systems.
- Knowledge of field service and repair procedures for HVAC systems.
- Strong mechanical skills and a mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that require lifting, bending, and climbing ladders.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Skills

- Mechanic skills and experience with HVAC systems.
- Ability to maintain and repair property maintenance systems.
- Experience with building and maintaining property maintenance systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $26.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
