Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and growing Pool Company in Lewisville, NC. We need an Office Coordinator / Project Manager to join our team, supporting construction and service operations. This role combines administrative excellence with project oversight, ensuring seamless office management while coordinating various projects and service support activities. Customer Service & Office Support
- Answer incoming calls and accurately gather details regarding service requests
- Provide clear, professional communication with customers regarding their needs
- Route service requests to the Service Manager with complete and accurate information
- Maintain organized records of customer interactions and service details
Project Coordination (General Contractors / New Builds)
- Act as a point of contact between the company, general contractors, and homeowners
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking project timelines for new builds
- Coordinate communication to ensure alignment on project scope, timelines, and expectations
- Support execution of tasks by ensuring materials, scheduling, and communication are in place
- Follow up on open items to keep projects moving efficiently
Retail & In-Store Support
- Greet and assist walk-in customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Test pool/spa water and provide basic chemical guidance (training provided if needed)
- Assist customers with product selection and checkout
- Maintain a clean, organized retail environment
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Customer service experience required
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills (email, scheduling, and data entry)
- Experience in construction, pool industry, or project coordination is a plus
