Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated to join our dynamic construction and restoration team. In this role, you will be instrumental in executing a wide range of carpentry, remodeling, and restoration projects across various sites. Your expertise will help ensure that projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, from framing and siding to intricate finish carpentry and restoration work, all while contributing to the transformation of spaces and structures.

Duties

Execute trim, frame, and finish carpentry tasks with precision using hand tools and power tools
Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide installation and fabrication processes
Install fixtures, cabinetry, doors, siding, drywall (including plastering), flooring, tiles, and roofing materials
Engage in water damage restoration, mold remediation, and general restoration industry tasks
Handle heavy lifting safely during material transport or structural installation
Perform some plumbing, electrical experience tasks, and HVAC-related work as part of remodeling or renovation projects
Apply caulking, stucco finishing, siding installation, and construction painting to achieve polished results
Assist in fabricating custom components through woodworking or metalworking processes
Ensure all safety protocols are followed on-site while maintaining high-quality craftsmanship throughout each project

Skills

Moderate experience with construction estimating and blueprint reading
Proficiency in trim carpentry, frame carpentry, metal stud framing, and drywall finishing (including plastering)
Skilled in using hand tools (saws, hammers, chisels) and power tools (drills, saws, sanders) safely and effectively
Experience with roofing installation and siding applications across residential or commercial projects
Ability to perform water damage restoration, mold remediation, and general repair/restoration tasks industry-wide
Familiarity with schematics for electrical or plumbing systems
Knowledge of flooring installation (tile laying), cabinetry setup, door hanging, and remodeling procedure
Moderate physical stamina
Strong understanding of safety standards related to construction sites
Must be capable of bathroom, kitchen renovations and general construction
