Leedstone in Melrose, MN is seeking Installation and Service Technicians to assist with the installation and service of milk harvesting equipment, including advanced robotic milking systems. This is a hands-on role ideal for individuals who enjoy mechanical work, problem-solving, and working independently in the field.

Key Responsibilities

· Assist with the installation and service of robotic milking systems and conventional dairy equipment

· Perform miscellaneous equipment repairs as needed

· Travel regularly to customer dairy farms (company vehicle provided)

· Participate in an on-call rotation schedule

Education, Experience & Requirements

· High school diploma or equivalent

· HVAC and/or welding experience or certification preferred, but not required

· Experience with dairy equipment (parlors, robotic milking systems, etc.) preferred, but not required

· Comfortable with technology or willing to learn

· Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs

· Ability to work indoors and outdoors in a variety of temperatures

· Valid state driver’s license with an acceptable driving record

· Must have or be able to obtain a valid DOT Medical Card

Wage

· Minimum of $23.50/hour (Individual compensation will be determined based on applicable experience and qualifications, balanced against internal equity)
