HardHat is currently hiring Data Center Cable Technicians in the Goodyear, Arizona area.

Job Scope/Requirements not limited to the following:
- Perform cross-connects using fiber, coaxial, and copper cabling (Cat5e/Cat6)
- Rack/stack of server network equipment
- Needs to know fiber and copper color codes memorized for patching purposes.
- Needs to understand how to read a cable schedule for port patching on switches
- Familiar with data center racks and fiber cabling.
- 2+ years in a telecom, network operations, or data center environment.
- 3+ years pulling fiber optic trunks
- Familiar with working on ladders and scaffolding
