Licensed Plumber (P2) – Full-Time

Job Overview
This role is ideal for a well-rounded plumber experienced in new construction, remodels, and service work, who enjoys working closely with others and contributing to a positive, team-first environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance across new construction, remodels, and service calls
- Read and interpret blueprints for rough-in and finish work
- Handle the unique challenges of remodel projects, including system tie-ins and working within existing structures
- Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues in residential service settings
- Install and service water conditioning, filtration, and well systems
- Work on gas piping systems and appliances
- Install and service boilers and hydronic heating systems
- Ensure all work meets Connecticut plumbing codes and safety standards
- Collaborate with team members to complete jobs efficiently and to a high standard
What We’re Looking For
- Valid Connecticut P2 Plumbing License (required)
- Strong experience in new construction, remodel, and service plumbing
- Solid understanding of water treatment systems, gas piping, and boiler systems
- A team player who communicates well and supports coworkers
- Someone who takes pride in their work and shows up dependable every day
- Strong customer service skills and professionalism in the field
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
