Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable, motivated, and skilled Carpenter to join our growing team. In this role, you will perform a wide range of carpentry and general labor tasks on both commercial and residential construction sites. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality work while maintaining a safe and efficient job site. This position offers an excellent opportunity to expand your skills across multiple areas of construction.
Key Responsibilities
- Framing, drywall installation, trim carpentry, and fixture mounting using hand and power tools
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to execute projects accurately is perferred
- Install siding, roofing, doors, cabinets, flooring, tile, and other building materials with precision
- Support demolition, remodeling, and restoration projects
- Follow all safety protocols, especially when working with heavy equipment, at heights, or on scaffolding
- Inspect work to ensure quality, accuracy, and adherence to project specifications
Qualifications
- Experience working on commercial construction projects preferred
- Previous experience required
- Proficiency with hand tools (hammers, saws, chisels) and power tools (drills, circular saws, etc.)
- Ability to read blueprints and understand construction layouts; estimating knowledge is a plus
- Physically capable of performing heavy lifting and working in various job site conditions
- Familiarity with multiple trades (framing, siding, roofing, drywall, flooring, etc.) preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow directions
- Valid driver’s license required
