Job Description:

Carpenter should have prior experience and not only possess integrity but have the experience demonstrating the following skills
Role and Responsibilities
- Carpentry work - independently and/or with a team
- Establish daily work tasks with Project Manager
- Coordinate with project manager on sub-contractors, supervise subs on site
- Resolve small plan discrepancies
- Ensure that quality standards are met
- Aid in staying on timeline for projects
- Handle routine customer relations
- Maintain jobsite safety and cleanliness
- Communicate back to Project manager at least daily on job progress
- Accurate recordkeeping of hours worked

Preferred Skills
- Ability to work independently or with other team members or licensed master technicians
- Ability to diagnose, resolve or fix issues
- Desire to provide excellent customer service and a sense of pride in your work
- Ability to communicate well with people
- Able to schedule and follow scheduled dead lines
- Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
- Must be energetic, reliable, and trustworthy
- Physical requirements include frequent need to lift and carry objects up to 50 lbs. Objects over 50 lbs. must be accomplished with assistance from one or more person
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $34.00 per hour
