Learn HVAC the right way from day one.

We’re a small company working on custom homes along the NH seacoast. We install high-performance HVAC systems—heat pumps, hydronics, and ventilation—with a focus on clean work and long-term performance.

We’re looking for someone early in their career who wants to learn the trade properly, not just rush through installs.

Pay

$20–28/hr based on experience and attitude

What You’ll Do

Assist with installation of HVAC systems in high-end homes
Learn how to read plans and understand system layouts
Help with piping, equipment setting, and ductwork
Keep job sites clean and organized
Support lead installers and gradually take on more responsibility

Requirements

Valid driver’s license
Ability to lift, carry, and work in attics/basements
