Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Fire Sprinkler Sales & Project Manager to lead our fire sprinkler sales initiatives and oversee projects. This role combines dynamic sales development with hands-on project management, ensuring that client needs are met with precision and professionalism. The ideal candidate will be passionate about construction, possess strong leadership skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Drive new business opportunities by engaging with clients and promoting fire sprinkler systems solutions
Manage the entire project lifecycle, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
Coordinate with design teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents accurately
Oversee construction site activities to ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications
Prepare detailed estimates using construction estimating techniques and manage contracts effectively
Monitor project timelines through effective project scheduling and time management practices
Communicate proactively with clients, team members, and stakeholders to keep projects on track

Skills

Proven experience in fire sprinkler sales or related construction fields with a strong understanding of fire protection systems
Expertise in construction estimating, project management, and construction site coordination
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately
Strong knowledge of contracts, project scheduling techniques, and construction management principles
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects effectively
Familiarity with heavy civil or commercial construction projects is a plus
Effective communication skills for collaborating across teams and with clients
