Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Drain Technician to join our team. As a Drain Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing drain issues in residential and commercial properties. This is a hands-on role that requires technical expertise and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct inspections of drain systems to identify issues and determine the appropriate course of action
- Clear clogged drains using various tools and techniques
- Repair or replace damaged pipes, fittings, and fixtures
- Perform preventative maintenance on drain systems to prevent future issues
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Drain Technician or similar role
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and practices
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics
- Proficient in using power tools and equipment related to drain repair
- Valid Drivers licence
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Pipe lining experience a plus
- Drain excavation installs a plus

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
