The Electrician, Bartlesville Facilities works in the Maintenance department and is responsible for repairing, troubleshooting and maintaining various electrical equipment. The Electrician responds to power outages at the Bartlesville Business Operations Facilities. The Electrician works regular hours during the days and is subject to call-outs and mandatory overtime.
What You'll Do
Perform troubleshooting, maintenance and repairs on low voltage to 13,800-volt distribution system
Install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain transformers, switch gear, motor control centers, switch racks, circuit breakers, electrical feeders, motors, conduit, and wire systems
Perform troubleshooting and repairs on UPS systems and storage batteries
Maintain generators and life safety systems
Maintain lighting systems, sound masking, cable television, fire systems and security systems
Routinely interface with other crafts, contractors, vendors, and industry representatives
Support Electrical Engineer, Contactors and project coordinators on various projects
What You'll Bring - Required
Legally authorized to work in the United States
High school diploma or GED
5 or more years of experience working as an electrician
Valid driver's license
Willingness and ability (with or without a reasonable accommodation) to perform/comply with following:
To read at a level to understand written safety procedures, work procedures, work permits, instruction manuals
To work at various heights and climb ladders
To walk, kneel and squat
To work standing for a two (2) hour- period
To lift a stationary weight of 50-lbs. from a floor to a bench level
To respond to sound and system fault light alarms
To work in harsh weather condition
To work in a team environment
To work overtime as needed
What Makes You Stand Out - Preferred
Oklahoma State Electrical license
Completion of an appenticeship, certification, associate degree program, or vocational program in electrical technology or related studies
Related work experience in an industrial environment
Experience working power distribution in an industrial setting
Experience working in medium and low voltage up to 13,800
Commercial Fire Alarm Technician license
Commercial Fire Sprinkler Technician license
Access Control Technician license
High voltage Breaker testing certification
Compensation Range
Pay for this position can range from $74,076 to $108,269 annually (before overtime). This position has a 7.5% annual cash bonus target, 8% 401k match, and Cash Balance Account pension.
