What You’ll Do
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems
- Handle service calls and occasional install support
- Communicate clearly with homeowners and explain solutions
- Deliver high-quality work that builds long-term customer trust
- Occasionally assist with light plumbing work (a plus, not required)
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years residential HVAC experience (required)
- EPA Certification
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work independently and manage jobs
- Solid communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license + clean record
