Duties

Conduct continuous surveillance of construction sites or areas where fire protection systems are being installed or maintained to detect potential fire hazards.
Monitor the operation of fire sprinkler fittings, fire alarm systems, and alarm systems sales processes to ensure compliance with safety standards.
Maintain clear communication with site supervisors and emergency responders in case of fire or system malfunctions.
Verify that all fire safety equipment is in place, operational, and compliant with local regulations throughout the project duration.
Document all observations, inspections, and incidents accurately in detailed reports for record-keeping and compliance purposes.
Assist with construction inspection activities related to fire safety measures and ensure adherence to system design specifications.
Support the installation and testing of fire alarm systems, ensuring proper functionality before project completion.

Requirements

Prior experience or knowledge in security protocols, fire alarm systems, or construction inspection is highly desirable.
Familiarity with system design principles related to fire sprinkler fitting and alarm systems sales is a plus.
Ability to stay alert for extended periods while monitoring multiple areas or systems simultaneously.
Strong understanding of construction safety standards and fire prevention techniques.
Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and emergency responders.
Certification or training in fire watch procedures, security practices, or relevant technical fields is preferred but not mandatory.
