Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician with residential and light commercial experience to join our team. To be considered for this position, the candidate must have a minimum of 5 years experience in the field as an HVAC technician, TDLR and EPA Certification; NATE licensing would be advantageous. Responsibilities include maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems as well as communicating effectively with customers various options for problem resolution. Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular maintenance on heating and cooling systems
- Diagnose and repair HVAC equipment including furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps
- Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
- Collaborate with property maintenance teams to ensure proper functioning of HVAC systems and communicate effectively to provide various options for problem resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of all work performed
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as HVAC service technician
- Proficiency in air conditioning systems with associated licenses
- Current driver’s license with acceptable driving record
- General knowledge of building systems including plumbing and refrigeration is beneficial
- Strong skills in equipment diagnosis, repair, maintenance, and communication
