Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee construction projects from inception to completion. In this pivotal role, you will coordinate all phases of construction, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Your expertise in construction management software, project scheduling, and site coordination will drive project success while maintaining the highest safety and quality standards. Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and closing of construction projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and specifications.
- Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar project management tools to track progress and identify potential delays proactively.
- Oversee all aspects of construction site operations, including safety compliance, quality control, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure clear communication and seamless project flow.
- Review blueprints, schematics, and contracts to verify project requirements and scope of work.
- Utilize construction estimating techniques and heavyBid software to prepare accurate cost forecasts and manage budgets effectively.
- Manage project documentation using construction management software such as ProCore or Bluebeam for seamless record-keeping and reporting.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues promptly, and ensure adherence to safety standards.
- Facilitate project meetings for team coordination, progress updates, and problem-solving initiatives.
- Ensure timely procurement of materials using Civil 3D or other relevant tools for precise planning and scheduling.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction management with a strong background in civil or heavy construction projects.
- Proficiency in project scheduling software such as Primavera P6 or similar platforms like Schematics for detailed planning.
- Familiarity with construction estimating processes and software like HeavyBid is highly desirable.
- Hands-on experience with construction site operations including blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and site safety protocols.
- Strong understanding of contracts management and negotiation skills for effective project oversight.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently under tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of construction management software such as ProCore or Bluebeam for documentation and communication purposes.
- Ability to read technical drawings including blueprints and schematics accurately.

Pay: $62,655.05 - $75,455.54 per year
