HVAC Service Technician

Location: Greater BostonMetro West, MA
Pay: $42.00-$57.00 per hour, based on experience

We're currently seeking a skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our team.
What You'll Do

Perform maintenance, repairs, and installations on residential and commercial heating and air conditioning systems

Troubleshoot system issues and provide clear, effective solutions

Communicate recommendations and the benefits of preventative maintenance to customers

Required Qualifications
-
2-5 years of HVAC experience
-
Valid driver's license
-
Ability to work from a 28' extension ladder and a 12' step ladder

Strong understanding of preventative maintenance

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Willingness to take responsibility and work independently
Preferred Qualifications

EPA Universal Refrigerant Handling License

Sheet Metal License
-
HVAC Technical School certification

Clean, insurable driving record
-
Ownership of commonly used HVAC tools
