BOLT Builders is an award-winning custom home builder and remodeler serving the DMV area. We excel in delivering high-end, design-forward residential projects. We’ve been featured in reputable outlets such as: Architectural Digest, House Beautiful, Better Homes & Gardens, and more.
In recent years, we’ve rapidly scaled from smaller home renovations to managing full-scale, multi-million-dollar residential transformations and new construction, and our growth isn’t slowing down.
As our project portfolio expands, we’re looking for a driven, hands-on Project Manager who can help us keep pace without compromising quality. This is not a desk only role. Our Project Managers are deeply involved from start to finish: leading projects both in the field and the office, making critical decisions on-site, and ensuring every detail meets our standards of excellence.
Overview
This role blends traditional project management with daily onsite supervision. The PM will actively be involved in field operations, coordinating trades, managing schedule and budget, and ensuring quality execution. We are looking for a PM who is as comfortable managing schedules, budgets, and client communication, as they are being onsite, directing work, and solving problems in real time.
