Join Premier Rustproofing and Rust Repair in Bow, NH, as a Welding Technician specializing in automotive rust repair and structural restoration. In this role, you will perform precision welding and fabrication work to restore vehicle components and ensure structural integrity.

You will work with an experienced team on components such as floor pans, rocker panels, and undercarriages. We are looking for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

Perform MIG welding on automotive frames, panels, and structural components
Fabricate and install replacement parts using appropriate tools and equipment
Repair rust-damaged areas while maintaining structural integrity
Inspect completed welds to ensure quality and consistency
Collaborate with team members during repair processes
Follow safety procedures and maintain equipment
Keep work area clean and organized

Requirements:

Experience with MIG welding in an automotive or similar environment
Familiarity with fabrication tools such as grinders and cutting equipment
Ability to work in a hands-on environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work

Skills we’re looking for: Welder, MIG Welding, Metal Fabrication, Sheet Metal Welding, Structural Welding, Rust Repair, Auto Body Experience (a plus), Metal Repair.
