Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Electrician to support an exciting project in Baraboo, WI. This role involves installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting electrical systems in a large-scale, high-traffic recreational environment.

The ideal candidate has strong commercial experience, is comfortable working in active construction settings, and understands the added safety considerations of water-related electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in accordance with NEC and local Wisconsin codes
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
Install conduit, wiring, panels, and fixtures for commercial applications
Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues using testing equipment (multimeters, ohmmeters, etc.)
Ensure proper grounding and bonding, especially in wet and high-moisture environments
Work on systems supporting pumps, filtration, lighting, HVAC, and control panels
Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other trades to meet deadlines
Follow all OSHA and site-specific safety protocols
Perform inspections and preventative maintenance as needed

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Commercial Electrician (3+ years preferred)
Strong knowledge of NEC and commercial electrical systems
Experience working on large-scale construction projects
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics accurately
Experience working in wet or high-moisture environments (pools, waterparks, or similar) is a plus
OSHA 10 or 30 certification is a plus

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
