Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and licensed Master Plumber to lead plumbing projects, ensure compliance with safety and building codes, and deliver exceptional service on construction sites and maintenance jobs. As a Licensed Master Plumber, you will be responsible for overseeing plumbing installations, repairs, and remodeling efforts with precision and professionalism. Responsibilities

Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment.
Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute plumbing layouts and modifications.
Conduct construction estimating for plumbing projects to ensure accurate budgeting and resource allocation.
Perform pipe threading, pipe fitting, and assembly tasks with precision to meet project specifications.
Lead on-site inspections to verify proper installation of plumbing systems while adhering to safety standards and building codes.
Collaborate with construction teams, HVAC specialists, carpenters, and other trades to coordinate project timelines and ensure seamless execution.
Utilize mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting complex plumbing issues during field service or remodeling projects.
Operate heavy lifting equipment safely when handling large pipes or materials on construction sites.
Maintain detailed records of work performed, materials used, and compliance documentation for project tracking.

Qualifications

Valid Master Plumber license issued by the relevant state or local authority.
Extensive experience in construction plumbing, site work, remodeling, or maintenance environments.
Proficiency in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and mechanical troubleshooting.
Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, pipe threading machines, and other relevant construction tools.
Strong understanding of plumbing codes, safety regulations, and building standards.
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work at heights or in confined spaces as needed.
Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and estimations related to construction projects.
Knowledge of HVAC systems is a plus; experience with carpentry or handyman tasks is beneficial.
Valid commercial driver’s license preferred for transporting materials or equipment between sites.
