GT Concrete Construction is family owned and operated for over 40 years.

Hiring Concrete Finishers and Laborers in Elgin Illinois. We do mostly residential work including driveways, patios, garage floors, sidewalks, etc. Pay is depending on experience. Must have transportation to and from job sites.

We specialize in concrete flatwork, including stamped concrete and exposed aggregate.

Responsibilities

Excavation, Form setting, pouring and finishing concrete, and detailed cleanup after every job
Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently
Installation of formwork and framing for concrete pours
Conduct heavy lifting and operate heavy equipment such as skid steers or excavators
Experience
Proven experience working on construction sites with a focus on concrete finishing
Familiarity with concrete construction the ability to read detailed blueprints or schematics.
Hands-on knowledge of rebar installation, form building, and concrete forming techniques.
Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely in diverse construction environments.
Ability to perform physical tasks involving heavy lifting and sustained manual labor while maintaining safety standards

Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour
