We are actively seeking an experienced Commercial Plumbing Foreman to lead crews on large-scale commercial construction projects in the San Antonio area. This role requires strong leadership, field expertise, and the ability to manage manpower, productivity, and jobsite safety.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead plumbing crews on commercial jobsites
- Coordinate daily work, manpower, and materials
- Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and schedules
- Oversee installation of plumbing systems (underground, rough-in, top-out, and fixtures)
- Ensure all work is completed safely, on time, and up to code
- Communicate with project managers, superintendents, and other trades
- Maintain jobsite organization, safety, and productivity
Requirements:
- Active Texas Plumbing License
- Proven experience as a Foreman on commercial projects
- Strong knowledge of commercial plumbing systems and codes
- Ability to read plans and manage layout
- Reliable transportation and necessary tools
- Dependable, safety-focused, and team-oriented
Preferred:
- Experience on large commercial builds (schools, hospitals, industrial, etc.)
