What We’re Looking For
We need a lead-level technician who can hit the ground running. Our ideal candidate is a diagnostic expert who can find the root cause of an issue and professionally walk a customer through their options.
The Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years as an HVAC Service Technician (Residential).
- Expertise: Deep knowledge of troubleshooting and maintaining various HVAC systems (split gas systems, air handlers, furnaces, and heat pumps).
- Certification: EPA Universal Certification is required.
- Sales Mindset: Ability to recognize when a system is nearing the end of its life and confidently present replacement or upgrade solutions. We're okay with repairing systems for as long as the customer wants to but it's our job to educate them on the carrying cost to repair a 15yr+ old system.
- Professionalism: A valid driver’s license with a clean record and a "Reliable" work ethic. We expect our techs to be on time to customer appointments and our tech meetings. If you can't handle that, please save us the time and apply to one of the big companies in town.
Pay: $23.00 - $35.00 per hour
