Since 1998, Perfect Polish has provided the highest quality concrete flooring solutions to the industrial, retail, and commercial markets, and is one of the largest contractors in the United States that specializes in polished concrete.
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Retail Business Unit, as well as the Commercial/Industrial Unit within Perfect Polish for the customers of our polished concrete services. Position requires travel. Salary $70k+ depending on experience. Travel per diem provided with phone and vehicle allowance.
Responsibilities and Duties
1. Ensure the company vision of Safety – Quality – Schedule are at the forefront of our daily activities
2. Monitor projects assigned according to contract documents, schedule, quality, and budget objectives
3. Travel as required (estimated at 50% of time, 2-3 days per week as needed) to project sites for preconstruction/pre-pour meetings, mock-ups, consultant reviews, milestone events, general assessments, closeouts, etc.
4. Maintain emphasis on safe work practices by all members of the team as well as subcontractors
5. Anticipate, troubleshoot, and resolve customer concerns in a professional, timely, and courteous manner
6. Provide timely reporting of all project-relevant data (schedule, deviations, customer interactions, etc.)
7. Participate in regular project progress meetings (by phone or in person) and regular site visits
8. Prepare Condition Reports for project updates and change orders, as well as repair tickets
9. Routinely update cloud-based Production Run with project status
10. Enter Cost and Budget Revenues in Procore
11. Enter Change Orders in Procore
12. Complete project status in Acumatica once a job has completed scope to 100%
13. Adjust cost overages to budget in Acumatica
14. Monitor project costing dashboards and assist with reporting budget-to-actual weekly updates
15. Promote teamwork through effective communication and maintaining a positive attitude towards tasks
16. Complete training requirements as mandated by the program
17. Housekeeping & other duties as assigned

· Procore ability is preferred
· Ability to effectively read and write instructions provided in English
· Ability to travel by car or air as needed
Education
- High School diploma or GED is required
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Project Management or related field preferred
Work Experience
- 1-5 years' experience with a construction contractor or related business preferred
- Technical experience (5+ years) in the flooring industry helpful
- OSHA 10 Hour Certification; OSHA 30 Hour certification is preferred
- Current CPR/First Aid Certification is preferred
- Successful completion of OSHA 30 Hour and CPR/First Aid will be required once hired
