We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Concrete Finisher, Foreman, and Form Carpenter to join our construction team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and execute high-quality concrete and carpentry projects across commercial, residential, and renovation sites. Duties

Concrete finishing operations, including smoothing, troweling, and sealing surfaces to achieve flawless results.
Construct formwork using wood, metal, or other materials based on detailed blueprints and schematics to support concrete pours.
Install rebar reinforcement accurately according to engineering specifications to ensure structural integrity.
Operate power tools such as mixers, drills, saws, and concrete pumping equipment safely and efficiently.
Manage heavy lifting tasks with appropriate equipment while maintaining safety protocols at all times.
Coordinate with team members on site to ensure timely completion of projects while adhering to quality standards.
Conduct site inspections for quality control, safety compliance, and progress tracking throughout each phase of construction.
Support renovation projects by applying plastering, caulking, flooring installation, tile laying, roofing repairs or replacements as needed.

Qualifications

Proven experience in concrete finishing, form carpentry, or related construction roles with a strong work ethic.
Mechanical knowledge of tools and equipment used in concrete mixing, pumping, heavy machinery operation, and carpentry tasks.
Skilled in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings essential for precise execution of projects.
Familiarity with rebar installation techniques and reinforcement standards for various structural applications.
Competence in using hand tools and power tools safely on construction sites; certification in heavy equipment operation is a plus.
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining physical stamina for demanding work environments.
Strong background in construction site safety practices along with the ability to supervise teams effectively.
Valid driver’s license for commercial driving; experience with construction estimating software is desirable but not required.
