Summary

We are seeking a skilled Commercial HVAC Technician to join our team at Federal Elite Heating & Cooling, Inc.

Ideal candidates will have experience in:

Maintaining and servicing 5-25 Ton Unitary Rooftop Units
Controls
Boilers
Chillers
ERV/ERV,
VRF systems

Your expertise will be crucial in delivering top-notch service that aligns with our company values. Sign-on Bonus up to $5000.

Responsibilities

Maintain and repair Commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
Diagnose issues with HVAC equipment and provide effective solutions.
Read and interpret schematics to understand system layouts and components.
Perform routine maintenance checks to ensure systems operate efficiently.
Communicate with clients regarding service needs and recommendations.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations during all work activities.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Commercial HVAC Technician or similar role.
Strong knowledge of Commercial HVAC systems and components.
Ability to read schematics and technical manuals effectively.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Qualifications

Must be able to pass a drug test
EPA Refrigeration Universal Certification
NATE certification or be able to acquire within 2 years of employment
Proven experience as an HVAC Technician on Commercial equipment.
High School diploma or GED
Must have a valid driver's license.
Clean driving record
