Looking for industrial millwrights for an upcoming shutdowns throughout Indiana, Ohio, Michigan. The pay for these position are $30-32 and $100 per diem. Will be working anywhere from 45-65 hours, depending on how long shutdowns are. Must come with a gang box with all of your millwright tools and PPE. MUST have harness and lanyard. Will need to pass drug screen.

Looking for candidates that have worked heavy industrial sites previously (steel mills/paper mills).

Duties

Perform installation, repair, and preventative maintenance on a wide range of manufacturing equipment, including conveyors, pumps, motors, gearboxes, and hydraulic systems.
Conduct routine inspections using precision measuring instruments to ensure machinery operates within specified tolerances.
Assist with welding tasks, including welding techniques, to repair or fabricate parts as needed.
Operate various field service equipment such as scissor lifts and forklifts safely to access high or hard-to-reach areas for maintenance or repairs.

Requirements

Proven experience as an industrial mechanic or millwright within a manufacturing facility environment.
Strong mechanical knowledge complemented by electrical experience with industrial electricians’ skills.
Ability to read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and control diagrams effectively.
Hands-on experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, HVAC/R systems, and industrial maintenance procedures.
Experience in welding
Strong communication skills in English for effective collaboration with team members and vendors.
