Position Overview -We are seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, installations, and maintenance. This role provides technical leadership, supports junior technicians, and ensures all HVAC service work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards.

Key Responsibilities

Perform advanced HVAC diagnostics, troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance
Install HVAC systems and components according to code and manufacturer specifications
Support and mentor junior HVAC technicians and installers
Assist the Service Manager with field support and complex service needs
Communicate clearly with customers regarding findings and recommendations
Complete service tickets and documentation accurately
Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle in proper condition
Follow all safety protocols, EPA regulations, and OSHA requirements
