Sixty years of doing it right. We're looking for someone who shares that standard.
Miller Service Company was founded in 1967 on a simple premise: treat every customer's home like it's your own, fix it right the first time, and build relationships that last decades. We don't advertise. We never have. MSC customers find us because someone they trust told them to call us.
As we approach our 60th Anniversary, that reputation for engineering excellence is everything — and the people who carry it forward are our Senior Service Technicians.
We serve an exclusive clientele in Dallas's finest neighborhoods. These are large, complex custom homes with high-performance systems: geothermal, VRF, and inverter-driven conventional systems. Our customers are discerning, loyal, and expect the best. So do we.
This is not a stepping stone. It's a destination.
If you're tired of high-volume flat-rate shops where the goal is to close a ticket and move on — we're different. At MSC, you'll build real relationships with homeowners who will ask for you by name, year after year. You be asked to sell anything while you’re at a customer’s home. You'll work on systems that genuinely challenge your skills. And you'll be part of a tight-knit team that takes quiet pride in being the best at what they do.
You'll be home every night. You'll have stability, great benefits, and a clear path forward. If you're the kind of technician who lies awake thinking about a system you couldn't figure out, and gets genuine satisfaction when you do — you'll fit right in here.
What we're looking for

- Takes ownership of their work and is committed to fixing it right the first time, every time
- Communicates honestly and respectfully with homeowners and teammates alike
- Has demonstrated experience with diagnostics and repair on zoning systems, communicating systems, and variable volume refrigerant systems
- Is willing to mentor and develop entry-level technicians — you take the trade seriously and want to pass that on
- Has experience with VRF systems (preferred) and/or geothermal systems (preferred)
- Is familiar with ServiceTitan (preferred)
- Holds or is working toward EPA 608 Certification
- Has a valid Texas Driver's License and a clean driving record

If that resonates with you, we'd like to meet you.
No subcontractors. Drug-free workplace.
