Job Summary:
We are seeking an HVAC Shop and Field Support Technician who can support both the service and installation teams by preparing materials, fabricating sheet metal components, assisting with hands-on work in the field, and ensuring the timely delivery of parts and equipment to job sites throughout the state of Wisconsin.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Cut, bend, and assemble sheet metal ductwork and related HVAC components
- Prepare and stage materials for upcoming service and installation jobs
- Assist with light fabrication and assembly of HVAC systems and parts
- Maintain organization, cleanliness, and safety of the shop and work areas
- Deliver tools, equipment, and materials to technicians at job sites in a timely manner
- Pick up parts and supplies from vendors as needed
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks for service and installation teams
- Support technicians with material needs throughout the day
- Track and organize inventory, tools, and materials
- Assist with receiving shipments and stocking inventory
- Monitor material levels and communicate restocking needs
- Ensure proper labeling and storage of parts and equipment
- Assist with hands-on work in the field
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior experience in HVAC, construction, warehouse, or sheet metal work preferred
- Basic knowledge of tools, materials, and safety practices
- Ability to read basic measurements and follow instructions
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record

Working Conditions & Schedule:
- Combination of warehouse/shop environment and local travel to job sites
- Exposure to varying temperatures, dust, and construction environments
- Typically Monday–Friday during standard business hours, with occasional extended hours based on business needs
