Company: AR-TEX A/C AND HEATING is seeking an experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician for a full-time, position serving Austin and the surrounding areas. We are a family-owned company that prioritizes work-life balance, offering a Monday through Friday schedule with NO on-call, weekend, or holiday requirements.

Job Responsibilities
- Complete an average of 8 residential service calls per day
- Accurately troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair HVAC systems
- Resolve issues efficiently with minimal callbacks
- Communicate clearly with customers and team members
- Maintain professional service standards and documentation
✅ Qualifications
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of residential HVAC experience
- Sales experience a plus, plenty of opportunities to boost your earnings
- EPA Type II Certification
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check
- Strong time management skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Experience working with home warranty companies is a plus
