What You’ll Do
As a Lead Plumbing Technician, you’ll be the face of Akian in our customers’ homes. Your role goes beyond repairing plumbing systems — you’ll deliver an outstanding customer experience while helping homeowners make informed decisions that best fit their needs.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, repair, and install residential plumbing systems
- Clearly present repair and replacement options to homeowners
- Perform high-quality work that meets all code and company standards
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
- Communicate effectively with customers, dispatchers, and team members
- Manage truck inventory and complete job documentation using company technology
Qualifications
- Valid Massachusetts Plumbing License (Journeyman or Master required)
- 3+ years of residential service plumbing experience
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of results
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Schedule
- Full-time
- Monday–Friday
- Overtime opportunities available
- Occasional evenings or weekends as needed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $104,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year
