We are seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team! This role focuses primarily on residential service, with occasional light commercial work. Installation and start-up experience is a plus, but not required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform residential HVAC service, including troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing equipment
- Provide clear, professional explanations of issues and solutions to customers
- Deliver excellent customer service on every job
- Accurately document work and update job information in company software
- Prepare estimates for repairs and system replacements
- Assist with punch-out and trim work as needed
- Occasionally service light commercial systems
- Participate in scheduled on-call rotations
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of residential HVAC service experience
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Clean background check
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
Education:
- High school diploma or GED
- HVAC certification
- EPA Refrigeration Certification
- Installation/start-up experience
