Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our team. As a Concrete Finisher, you will be responsible for performing various tasks related to concrete finishing and installation. This is a hands-on role that requires experience in carpentry, power tools, and mechanical knowledge.

Duties:
- Prepare surfaces for concrete placement by cleaning, leveling, and compacting
- Set up concrete forms and ensure they are properly aligned
- Pour and spread concrete using a variety of tools and techniques
- Smooth and finish surfaces using hand and power tools
- Apply curing compounds or sealants to protect the finished surface
- Repair damaged concrete structures or surfaces as needed
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow
- Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area

Experience:
- Proven experience as a Concrete Finisher or similar role
- Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques and tools
- Familiarity with power tools and equipment used in concrete finishing
- Experience with concrete mixers, drywall, masonry, plaster, flooring installation, and frame carpentry is a plus
- Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting equipment issues is preferred

Skills:
- Attention to detail and precision in finishing work
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Strong physical stamina for working in demanding conditions (lifting heavy materials, standing for long periods)
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
