Qualifications:
- No prior manufacturing experience is required. We will provide training.
- Must be a self-motivator and have good organization skills
- Ability to successfully navigate computers (basic skill set)
- Must be good at counting and an excellent eye for detail
Schedule:
- Monday through Friday
- 7:00am to 3:30pm
- Overtime scheduled as needed
Physical Demands:
- This position requires a high level of manual dexterity. Candidates must be able to preform repetitive hand and wrist motions while griping, pinching and manipulating small metal parts during their 10 hour shift.
- Candidates may also be required to regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Sort Associate positions require candidates to:
- Test / inspect products per customer requirement
- Record sort results per quality control instruction
- Track activities and record good/bad sort outcomes on daily time sheets
- Correctly label containers/boxes of parts to be shipped to our customers
