Position Summary:
Will be responsible for overseeing sales and account activities related to the sales of all Roth products for parts of New England. This position is responsible for establishing a relationship with and working closely with Technical Sales Engineers and other sales support personnel. Will develop strategies, processes, and plans to enable/accomplish growth goals and objectives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Roth Industries is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead the New England territory, supporting oil heat, radiant heating, and septic tank product lines. While this role covers all markets, oil heat will be the primary focus.
This is a field focused position requiring hands on industry experience and strong relationships with contractors, service managers, and distributors. The role includes training, jobsite support, and regional market development.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead regional sales efforts across oil heat, radiant heating, and septic tank markets
- Provide product training with primary emphasis on oil heat systems and oil storage tanks
- Support oil tank installations and field troubleshooting as needed
- Assist customers with radiant heating and septic tank applications
- Manage and support manufacturer sales representatives within the territory
- Represent Roth at industry events and customer functions
Preferred Background
- 10 plus years of experience in the oil heat or HVAC industry
- Hands on experience with oil heating systems or oil tank installation
- Familiarity with radiant heating and or septic tank markets preferred
- Strong communication and training skills
- Willingness to travel approximately 75 percent of the time**
- Former service managers and oil heat specialists are strongly encouraged to apply
**Travel Expectations:
This role covers the New England territory and requires approximately 75 percent travel. Much of the travel will consist of same day trips within the region, including customer visits, trainings, and jobsite support. Overnight travel will be limited and is typically expected to be approximately 5-7 nights per month, primarily for trade shows, meetings, or multi day customer events. The ideal candidate is comfortable being on the road during the workweek while maintaining a consistent home base.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
