Our Special Projects Division handles fast-paced residential, commercial, and healthcare work including renovations, upgrades, troubleshooting, service work, and small projects. This role is ideal for someone who likes variety, problem-solving, staying busy, and working alongside a team that supports each other to get the job done safely and the right way.

What You’ll Do
- Perform installations, renovations, troubleshooting, repairs, and service work in commercial and healthcare environments
- Manage and complete small projects safely, efficiently, and on schedule
- Troubleshoot electrical issues using testing equipment and problem-solving skills
- Work directly with customers, project managers, apprentices, and other trades
- Move between multiple active projects and priorities as business needs shift
- Maintain high safety standards and quality workmanship on every job
- Support and mentor apprentices and less experienced electricians
What We’re Looking For
✔ Valid Massachusetts Journeyman Electrician License
✔ OSHA 10 required (OSHA 30 preferred)
✔ Strong troubleshooting and commercial electrical experience
✔ Ability to work independently and manage small projects
✔ Comfortable working in hospital and healthcare environments
✔ Ability to meet customer jobsite requirements including health screenings and site-specific clearances
✔ Flexible schedule when needed to support shutdowns, customer schedules, and project demands
✔ Strong communication, professionalism, and teamwork
✔ Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
✔ Experience using iPads/mobile technology preferred
